Arm Lab in a Box Kit

In acknowledgment of our exceptional work in embedded systems, the Embed Club received an Arm Lab in a Box kit. This prestigious recognition underscores the club's commitment to advancing the field of embedded systems and leveraging cutting-edge technologies for practical applications.

Micro:bit Outreach Program

The club's impactful outreach program focused on micro:bit technology caught the attention of BBC micro:bit Ltd, based in the UK. Impressed by the club's efforts to promote digital literacy and innovation, BBC micro:bit Ltd generously donated 20 micro:bit devices to support the club's initiatives. This collaboration not only enhances the club's resources but also expands its capacity to empower students with hands-on learning experiences.

KTech Grants for Three Projects

Over the past few years, three projects have received grants from KTech, showcasing their innovative contributions to the technological landscape. These grants signify recognition and support for their endeavors, encouraging further advancements in their respective fields.

Coordination of Nvidia Event

The Embed Club orchestrated a highly successful Nvidia event, drawing participation from a record number of students. This event, aimed at exploring the latest advancements in Nvidia technology, garnered significant attention and acclaim. As a token of appreciation for their efforts, the club received a Jetson Nano kit as a donation. This kit represents a valuable asset for the club's members, providing them with opportunities for experimentation and innovation in the field of embedded computing.

Publication of Book Chapter

The student member of the Embed Club contributed to the academic discourse by publishing a book chapter on "I am the Eye - Assistive Eye." This scholarly contribution delves into the development and implications of assistive eye technology, showcasing the club member's expertise and commitment to addressing societal challenges through innovative solutions.

Best Projects in Department (2019-2023)

The consistent recognition of having the best project in the department of Computer Science & Engineering from 2019 to 2023 reflects a sustained commitment to excellence and innovation. This achievement underscores the quality and impact of the projects developed within the academic realm.

KSCST Grants for Consecutive Years

Securing grants from the Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology (KSCST) for three consecutive years is a testament to the merit and significance of the projects undertaken. Participation in ADC and Qualification for Finals:

Recognition at National Competitions

  • The members of the Embed Club have showcased their exceptional talents and innovation in national-level competitions, leveraging resources and expertise from the club to achieve remarkable success.
  • In the "Visually Aided Chat GPT for Digital Learning" project, a team member proudly announced their victory at the Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology national-level hackathon. Their project, focused on making digital learning accessible to all, clinched the top spot, highlighting their dedication to inclusivity and innovation. This achievement not only earned them recognition from the organizers and judges but also exemplified the collaborative spirit and technical prowess fostered within the Embed Club.
  • Similarly, another team comprising Muhammad Ajlan, Shakeel Ahammed, Rifah Sameen Sarang, and their teammate participated in the "Hack the Metaverse" national-level hackathon, hosted by IIIT Bangalore. Their journey was marked by hard work and determination, culminating in being recognized as one of the standout teams in the competition. Their innovative approach and stellar performance earned them not only acclaim but also a well-deserved cash prize, showcasing the Embed Club's commitment to excellence and success in competitive environments.
